Rabbie’s Dram® ‘Authentic Range’
 

In early 2000 James Martin Shields trademark owner of Rabbie’s Dram® Whisky Co. commissioned
Mr John McDougal master blender and Scotch Whisky expert to create 3 individual recipes for the Rabbie’s Dram® Brand

these were

7 Year Old Vatted Malt at 62.2%ABV,
a 12 Year Old Special Deluxe Blend
and a 15 Year Old Vatted Malt at 46%ABV

These were never released into market,
Unfortunately the 12 Year Old has since been lost,
but the 7 Year Old and the 15 Year Old are still in possession and secure, these bottles are extremely rare and the only two in existence.

Presented untouched in 70cl hand blown bottles by master glass maker and designer Alastair MacIntosh, also embossed with a unique Robert Burns cartouche with unique Burns dye, finished with aged hand made parchment paper scroll and label, with a traditional wax seal, the bottle neck is finished with parchment paper, seagrass and an embossed wax Burns Cameo.
 

The 7 Year Old is presented in a hand made wooden box lined with hessian, a hand made leather strap with buckle, and a handle featuring a Rabbie’s Dram® original cameo of Robert Burns.

The 12 Year Old is also designed and made by Alastair MacIntosh and bares the same originality, the box was hand made and stencilled, lined with hessian and irradiated straw to cushion the bottle.
